The Host Hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn.  Please book  by July 15th for group rate.

Registered athletes for Nationals will have Access Passes for the entire YXE Urban Games, which will allow them free access to the ticketed events, and will be part of the Opening Ceremonies for the Games on Aug 16th.
